213 NicePH Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

01 Introduction

Welcome to 213 NicePH. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 213 NicePH website, mobile platform, and all related services. By creating an account or placing a bet on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 213 NicePH, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines when using our services.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary or court-ordered, that restricts participation in online gaming.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 213 NicePH or any of its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. 213 NicePH reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to suspend accounts where incorrect information has been provided.

One Account Per Player

Each person may only hold one active account on 213 NicePH. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all funds being forfeited.

03 Account Management

Your 213 NicePH account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, transactions made, and messages sent through our platform.

You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone, including friends or family members. 213 NicePH will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else without your permission, contact our support team immediately. We will temporarily lock your account while we investigate the situation.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device is secure and free from malware or spyware that could compromise your account credentials. 213 NicePH cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login information.

04 Deposits & Payments

Deposits at 213 NicePH are available through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though transaction limits set by your individual payment provider may apply and are outside our control.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name.
• Deposits made using a payment method belonging to a third party will be returned, and the transaction fee (if any) will not be refunded.
• Deposits are credited to your account in real time for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one business day to reflect.
• 213 NicePH does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Only Deposit What You Can Afford

We encourage all players to set deposit limits on their accounts from day one. You can configure daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in your account settings. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for at least 24 hours after a change request, giving you time to reconsider any impulsive decisions.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been met.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for standard accounts are processed within 24 hours. VIP Gold and above members receive expedited processing, typically within 15 minutes during business hours.

213 NicePH reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawal requests. This is to protect both the player and the integrity of our platform. If your withdrawal has been held for review, our team will contact you within one business day to explain what is needed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 213 NicePH offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion. Expired offers cannot be retroactively applied.
• All bonus funds carry a minimum 1x wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Some promotional bonuses may carry higher requirements, which will be clearly stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only — your real-money balance is always withdrawable.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or any form of bonus abuse will be voided and the associated account will be reviewed for permanent suspension.

213 NicePH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. We will give reasonable notice where possible, but changes to ongoing promotions may sometimes be made without prior announcement for compliance or operational reasons.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed at 213 NicePH are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming — including the event, market, odds, and stake amount. We are unable to reverse bets after they have been accepted.

Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to our acceptance at the quoted price. In rare cases where there is a material error in our displayed odds (for example, a technical error resulting in odds far outside the expected range), 213 NicePH reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. We will notify affected players promptly.

Postponed Events: If an event is postponed and not replayed or completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts.

Abandoned Events: For sports events abandoned mid-play, settlement rules follow the relevant sports governing body's official result where applicable. If no official result is declared, bets will be voided.

Maximum Winnings: The maximum payout per single bet and per event is subject to limits that vary by sport and market. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm your wager.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 213 NicePH platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to obtain more than one welcome bonus or any promotional offer.
• Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions in the platform to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any form of systematic bonus abuse.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing accounts, letting another person use your account, or playing on behalf of someone else.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing our support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any tool to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

213 NicePH monitors all accounts for suspicious activity using automated and manual review processes. We take the integrity of our platform very seriously, and any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will be actioned swiftly.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

213 NicePH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or connection to illegal activity.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be unable to place bets or make withdrawals during that period. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, full access will be restored and any pending withdrawals processed promptly.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If your closure request is related to a gambling problem, we encourage you to use our voluntary self-exclusion tool instead, which provides stronger protections.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 213 NicePH platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of 213 NicePH or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our platform without the express written consent of 213 NicePH.

The 213 NicePH name, logo, and all related trademarks and service marks are the exclusive property of our company. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

11 Responsible Gaming

213 NicePH is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing the potential harm associated with problem gambling. We offer the following tools, all accessible free of charge from your account settings:

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 213 NicePH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, service interruptions, or network issues.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on our platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 15 Changes to These Terms

213 NicePH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email and by posting a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you may close your account and withdraw your available balance before the changes take effect.
